MSHOBLIS SKIVRI

Mshoblis Skivri (Parents’ Box) represents an ad hoc initiative by one of Georgia's most powerful NGOs, MAC Georgia. The platform was specifically designed to transfer the organization's supportive activities online during Covid-19 pandemic.

Our initial task was to create a visual identity for the newly established project: logo, animations, and catchy digital images that would deliver warm, friendly messages together with parenting symbols. Another challenge was to come up with the best technical solutions for how parents could easily book free consultations with child development specialists. In some specific cases, we needed to train certain parents who had limited access to gadgets and explain how they could access their online-sessions.

We organized LIVE transactions hosting 2 or more presenters from different locations: teachers, psychologists, child development specialists and other special guests who were educating MAC beneficiaries on a number of relevant issues. We also ran other online events such as film premiers and tutorials.

By carefully choosing each communication message and optimizing all videos to attract the most relevant audiences, in only 6 months we were able to gather 10,000 enthusiastic parents on our platform. Mshoblis Skivri became the most reliable source of information about child’s development, inclusive education and other important issues for the families of the limited ability persons.
